Abstract

The research is the proposition investigate the changes in the family in its diversity of settings, from the classification that brings the IBGE. Our goal is to analyze the trends and perspectives contained in each of these realities, tracing the changes to the present day and make an analysis of the influence of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in these changes because of its importance in economic and political context of our society, and such fundamental changes to plot and coordinate actions in the professional field in various areas mainly of Social Work. This research is a qualitative field research will be the city of Franca / SP, which grew and developed very quickly following the family changes, being characterized as an ideal setting for research. The literature is guided by the following authors: Engels, Collanges, Carvalho, Kaloustiam, Barreto, Prado, Jose Son, among others. Data collection will be conducted through semi-structured interview, conducted by recording and will be held after the transcription thereof. Interviews will be directed to each of the family configurations according to the IBGE classification: nuclear, single parent female-parent male, large and homo-person. After transcribing the interviews build comparative frameworks through which to fabricate the final report. We expect this work to upgrade the outlook and trends researched so far, further studies directed at this area of knowledge and assist the work of various professionals involved with families. (AU)
