Abstract Socrates is a milestone decision in the history of philosophy. According to the tradition, and numerous commentators, was as from Socrates that ethical issues started to have a central place in philosophical debate. However, Socrates has not left us any written. This way, we can only learn from the thinking of Socrates, what was left us by other authors, and among them, Plato deserves a prominent place. In this research project, we will analyze three central concepts presented by the Platos Socrates, which are: the concepts of refutation, investigation, and the concept of the "care of the soul". And for that, we will analyze the youth dialogues of Plato, the so-called "Socratic dialogues", or "dialogues aporetic", because these are the dialogues in which the figure of Socrates is more prominent.(AU) | |
