Abstract

This study will evaluate different techniques compared to obtain the best settlement infrastructure passive prosthetic implant-cast commercially pure titanium. 25 samples will be prepared and divided into five groups: GI (n = 5) in one-piece cast infrastructure, GII (n = 5) infrastructure and sectioned fused together with a point laser welding; GIII (n = 5) with cylinders bolted infrastructure cemented; GIV (n = 5) undergoing infrastructure welding edge with laser welding, GV (n = 5) infrastructure made the process CAD / CAM (Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing) (Precision-Connection Implant Systems LTD) . Will be evaluated for possible correlation between misfit infrastructure, following the test protocol of the single screw, and passivity; using photoelastic analysis. Readings will be held vertical misalignment of the infrastructure on metal matrix in a light microscope (120X) with an accuracy of 0.5 ¼ m, and quantified following the test protocol to the single screw (Sheffield test) after the bolt torque 10Ncm a prosthetic the end (implant handle). From this procedure, there would be an adjustment in the other pillars. Will be measured, also the tensions generated by the implants after torqueamento Photoelastic analysis of all the screws (10Ncm) with the aid of circular polariscope equipped with software (Fringes ®), capable of performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of the tensions. The data will be analyzed and voltage imbalance, and will apply the most appropriate test for the results obtained. Then these data will also be correlated.
