Abstract

This project proposes a new topology for the differential mixer where the traditional switching stage is replaced by a digital inverter circuit. This new topology will be studied and optimized for 900MHz with the CMOS 0.35-µm technology and the performance compared with the traditional topology. For the design of the integrated circuit will be used the Mentor Graphics EDA tools and the AMS 0.35µm Design Kits.(AU)
