Abstract

In the context of Brazilian society and its relationship with the media of communication and information as the social web that promise to be the great democratic link knowledge sharing information and building autonomous wonders how these media are being used effectively by people African descent, and more specifically members of hip hop culture. For throughout the history of Brazil, African-Brazilian did not have the speace because of participation in sectors of Brazilian society including the media. The analysis of the problem cited is part of an initiative to measure the extent to which ICT is embedded in all social classes in Brazil, more specifically to measure their impact on hip hop culture I could find these ICT facilities to enhance the dissemination of their culture and disclosure .
