Abstract

This study aims to raise technical and scientific information about the use of banana (Musa sp.) As a new power supply for ruminants. Information gathered indicates that the use of banana leaf is anthelmintic effect in vitro, new scientific studies should be conducted to provide more detailed management techniques and safe for use in control of the banana plant parasites of domestic animals. This work aims to evaluate the degradability "in situ" of the banana leaf by nylon bag technique in 06 sheep fitted with rumen cannula, as well as digestibility technique using total collection of feces, using twelve sheep
