Abstract

This study of a systematic literature review aims to answer the following question: "What is the effectiveness of physical activity at school to prevent and control obesity in children and adolescents?". This issue will be investigated from the summary of evidence relating to physical activity in schools, from randomized controlled trials. The aim is to raise clinical and preventive recommendations, which will lead to more effective results of clinical interventions.
