Abstract

Natural obligation is one of the most controversial themes in Civil Law, and there is constant doctrinaire divergence involving it. Because of that, the main objective of the study is to make the institute’s features in modern Brazilian Law a little more clear. This will be done by exposing and analyzing the main thesis about the subject. (AU)
