Abstract

The BoHV-5 is close related to encephalitis that occurred in south of America, including some States of South Brazil. It has been demonstrated that BoHV-5 can infecte experimentally bovine gametas, and some aspects related to apoptosis has been demonstrated. In this study, we are inteeded to induce experimentel infection of MDBK cells and evaluate some aspects of apoptosis.
