Abstract

The mainstream literature in Organizational Theory tends to assume organizations as substantives. Such a view has been challenged by processual approaches that take into account the organizing practices inherent to organizations. In other words, they perceive organizations as verbs. Drawing upon post-structuralist approaches, this research will follow a radical processual approach in order to generate insights towards developing a politics of organizing. To do that, it will perform a literature review and will develop papers on the subject of investigation. The idea is to contribute towards a reflexive organization thinking that attempts to offer a new critical wisdom to the analysis of organizations (AU)
