Twelve patients will be submitted the sympathectomy together with clipage of the nice chain the vertebrae T2, T3 and T4, under anesthesia general inhalation and intravenous with drainage of the pneumothorax through probe n° 16. These patient ones will have his/her saliva before collected 1 day and 7 days after the surgery for analysis of the concentrations you salivate of calcium and phosphate for method spectrophotometric.
