Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the teaching of philosophy is in Brazil. Our proposal fixes on an archaeological and genealogical analysis and thus on the development of teaching philosophy at the university. From a thorough literary review of documents, periodicals and books (published in the country between1932 to 2008 on the subject) we intend to analyze the structures of the teaching of philosophy in Brazil, in order to identify the main paradigms that guide teaching practices of Philosophy in contemporary Brazil.
