Abstract

The concepts and discussions on inclusion are well-founded and supported by several studies as well as extensive guidelines and legislation. However, this situation is far from the practical reality in which this inclusive process has not been realized yet. Physical Education teachers have numerous opportunities to contribute to inclusion in their classes. In this way, the present study aims to investigate and evaluate the process of inclusion during the classes of physical education. Will participate in this study are students enrolled in public schools from elementary schools of the Americana city, in a total of 10 schools. We will work with two students with disabilities from each school, totaling 20 students. The methodology of this research will start with a review of the literature in order to build the theoretical reference and then we will realize field research. Will be observed two physical education classes in each school and completed the "Instrument of assessment of the interaction between students with and without disabilities in Physical Education" by Salerno, Araujo e Silva - 2009.(AU)
