Abstract

This research plan aims the scientific improvement of the student in the automatic control area. Simulations are proposed for automatic controllers, applied to linear and nonlinear systems. The main point of interest is the analysis and comparison of these controllers (designed using the linearized model) when applied to nonlinear models, observing the system responses in regions near the considered points of operations. The simulations are performed using the software MATLAB and SIMULINK, and specific functions used in the control area. A criterion for the choice of the systems will be the use of those in the automatic control courses offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering, UNESP, Ilha Solteira - SP (DEE-FEIS-UNESP).
