The objective of this work is to study and document the steps of producing a wooden industrialized building system (structure and vertical and horizontal partition) designed for a prototype Zero Energy Home - REZ. The object of study is EkóHouse, a REZ prototype developed by students and teachers of Brazilian public institutions of education and research. The study is the verification of the production stages of the REZ structural system and vertical partition, and how these affect the design of the prototype. For development work, will be used a digital prototyping software to plan, document the stages of production and analyze the compatibility between the components that interface with the structure of the REZ. The research will begin from a review of the literature about the stages of production of prefabricated housing and building systems on wood. Continuing the study will be observed the way in which the design of the REZ is designed according to their conditions of assembly, disassembly and transportability. We seek to recognize and determine all production and assembly interfaces of the wood structure and partitions of the prototype, recording for each stage of production activities, inputs (raw materials, equipment and manpower) and duration, understanding the project prototype from their productive reasoning.
