Abstract

This undergraduate research aims to help the organization proceedings of the Historical Library of Carlos Gomes State School (former Campinas Normal School). The project structures around the hygienist on, disinfestation, registering of the books and indexation, typing, cataloging, scanning, and preservation proceedings of the books patrimony. The purpose is to elaborate an index with these patrimony books and identify the destined books for the teacher of the older Campinas Normal School. It also attempts to contribute to the graduate's formation, to accustom her to work with sources and to criticize the documents from readings taken in the history education area and the discussion with the researcher/assigned teacher.(AU)
