Our main goal is think clinical Psychosocial Attention in the light of theoretical, ethical and psychoanalytic methodology, considering the parameters of the Psychosocial Aspects. Especially, it treats to based, from the practice of "psychothherapy", a form of repression to the clinic (clinical neuroses) in Public Health in which the psychoanalysis of Freud and Lacan's field is applied. As Freud idealized, is it possible the contribution of psychoanalysis in the institutions that offer Care to the mental suffering for the popular classes? It is with Freud, revisited by Lacan, that we hope to demonstrate that is: If for Freud this task requires us to "adapt our technique to the new conditions" is with theoretical, technical and ethical advances performed by Lacan that psychoanalysis is better prepared to make a unique contribution to Public Health. In this perspective, the therapist essentially starts froman ethical orientation that seeks to insert the subject in the clinic. This subject, is not confused with the individual, but is related to the result of man's entry into language, like enunciation effect that forks a gived direction and announcing a notion of the unconscious as a process of new and continuous direction production. It is a subject capable of making subjective his impasses by restoring his symbolic ability. Without puting aside the subject autonomy, this type of psychotherapy should be ethically guided by supply of devices that facilitate the production of singled subjectivities, as defined in the Psychosocial Aspects.
