Abstract

Studies related to the dynamics of integration between different functional areas have been developed in recent years, yet functional integration combined with the vision of business processes and related internal and external vision of the chain remains a challenge. The aim of this study is to identify which activities involved in the supplier relationship management requires internal and external integration between logistics and production functions. To this end, there will be an exploratory study of literature, from a literature review. This project seeks to contribute to generating knowledge about the interfunctional Logistics-Production, with the differential focus on business process supplier relationship management both internally and externally in supply chain. This work will complement and support a thesis, developed by a student at the Graduate UFSCar, both under the guidance of the supervisor of the applicant.(AU)
