Abstract

The anterior open bite malocclusion is the most commonly related to digital sucking. The persistence of habit than 5 years of age, makes necessary the use of specific orthodontic procedures, such as fixed vertical grid. Given the small number of clinical research in relation to the correction of malocclusion in mixed dentition, the goal of this work is to be developed to evaluate the evolution of the eruption of the incisors in the removal of oral habits, orthodontics using interceptors, as the grid fixed vertical.
