Abstract

This project will be developed conductive hybrid materials, compounds of inorganic micro and nanoparticles (fillers) in organic polymer matrices, with the aim of obtaining materials with different physical properties of any of the pure components, resulting in materials with good thermal conduction and mechanical properties. Therefore, will be studied the factors that influence these properties such as physico-chemical characteristics of the component concentration and dispersion of fillers and processing variables, aiming the creation of new materials with unique physical properties. After the development of the project, predictable products with better thermal conductivity and mechanical properties; increased knowledge of manufacturing technology of hybrid conductive materials; and incorporation of results by industry, supplying an existing need in Brazil in this market segment.(AU)
