Abstract

The national raniculture currently is undergoing an accelerated process of development, with the goal of providing a diet that meets the needs of those animals in an economical way and to decrease the amount of organic matter and phosphorus in the aquatic environment. Due to these factors need data as digestibility of amino acids for the formulation of an appropriate diet that meets the requirements of the animals. Thus, this research will be divided into two experiments, which have as objectives: to establish the values of digestible protein, energy, lipids and amino acids in some foods used to prepare diets for frogs and, through the concept of ideal protein estimate the requirement of digestible amino acids and verify the effects of lysine supplementation in diets for bullfrog.
