Abstract

We are going to study in nitrogen/acetone atmosphere and the electrical properties of PANI/ABS blends. On each side of the samples was deposited in the vacuum Al and gold, so we have samples that behave like a Schottky diode. In this way was possible to calculate the ideality factor, barrier height, and saturation current. The values of these parameters will be calculated as a function of polianiline concentration in the blend and also acetone concentration.(AU)
