Abstract

In this work we aim at the determination of proper motions of pre-main sequence stars in some star forming regions. The knowledge of the kinematic of these stars is important because the various scenario of star formation are based on its movements. Furthermore, the proper motions will allow us to determine the individual distances and consequent physical characterization of these objects by the convergent point strategy.This work represents an improvement of the existing database (Teixeira et al. 2000, Ducourant et al. 2005) by the inclusion of more pre-main sequence stars and at the same time, represents a necessary refinement of the astrometry of many stars for which, due to a number of reasons, it was not possible to obtain a good proper motion before.The work will be based on CCD meridian observations to be carried out at the Abrahão de Moraes (Valinhos) and Bordeaux Observatory, and also, on the data from the literature.
