Abstract

As usual happens to great intellectual movements, the structuralism assumed some radical positions to define the scope of its investigation, restricting the differences among their principles and the principles of the disciplines that already took care of the language studies. Some of these radical positions, like is the case of the language without "psychologization", brought to Structural Linguistics the status of independent science. On the other hand, this founder gesture was soon challenged by various disciplines in the humanities, which accused the structuralist thought of being reductive relative to the object of human sciences. The rapid rise and fall in this movement prevented the right settlement of their main ideas, and what is meant by structuralism today, is strictly associated with the main mentors of their "golden years", whose ideas do not always converge with the ideas of other thinkers of structure. As we seek to demonstrate, Louis Trolle Hjelmslev, precursor of Semiotics in the School of Paris, who was one thinker of structure that did not subscribe himself to these radical ruptures, so that he developed one epistemology appropriated to the humanities' thought that is not ruled by exclusions, but by the calculation of dependencies established among the various disciplines in the humanities, from the main means of acquiring knowledge: the human language. Through his work, we seek to demonstrate that the scientific research of the signification of language refuses the subjectivity exclusion: contrariwise, even requires its incorporation, since it is a human fact belonging to the communication conveyed by the language. In the same path of Claude Zilberberg, who continued the work of Hjelmslev, and Waldir Beividas, who is the main defender of the stablishment of the relationship between Semiotics and Psychoanalysis in Brazil, this investigation refers to the search of the semiotization of subjectivity. Thereby, we aim to contribute to the development of the semiotics methodology, intending to adjust it to reading of subjective significant contents. (AU)
