Abstract

The aim of this study will be to perform tests of fluid filtration and EDX AH Plus Jet. The tests will be performed using portions of pastes taken from the beginning, middle and end of the tubes. The leakage will be evaluated by fluid filtration method, using 30 maxilary incisors teeth biomechanically prepared by reciprocating movement system and obturated using the single cone technique. The measurements are carried out: 24h, 7 and 30 days after filling the roots. Specimens with AH Plus Jet will have their surfaces examined in Scanning Electron Microscope equipped with Micro-analysis device. For the statistical analysis will be performed analysis of variance (ANOVA)and Tukey test adopting the significance level of 5% (p <0.05) (AU)
