Abstract

Faced with the fact that few studies related to the application of potassium and nitrogen in seedlings of brassicas, the project will have to evaluate the effects on productivity and quality of broccoli sprouts is to use different nitrogen and potassium fertigation on seedlings sown compounds on the basis of fiber coconut husk. This work will be carried out in São Manuel Experimental Farm, belonging to the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences-UNESP-Botucatu campus. Will be used completely randomized design in the initial phase with 16 treatments resulting from the factorial 4 N rates (0, 40, 80, and 120 mg L-1) x 4 doses of K (0, 70, 140, 210 mg L-1 ) and four replicates with 50 plants per plot, with 30 useful. In transplantation, the repetitions will be distributed in blocks and all receive the same broadcast fertilization. Will be assessed the changes in nutrient content, the same quality (number of leaves, shoot height, fresh and dry matter of shoot and root, and the ratio of totally fresh and dry), and after transplantation, production, and quality of broccoli sprouts. The data will be submitted for analysis of variance and regression.(AU)
