Abstract To meet the needs of the modern consumer food industry has increased the variety of foods available in supermarkets and it was also an increase in the use of many different types of food additives. However, the use of additives such as sweeteners and dyes, is a controversial issue, with claims that they can trigger allergies and can be toxic and carcinogenic. Therefore, there must be a monitoring and / or strict quality control of products containing them, and for this it is important to develop analytical procedures are simple, fast and accurate for the quantification of them. In this master thesis will be developed electroanalytical procedures for the simultaneous determination of two different types of food additives, sweeteners and dyes, using a system of flow injection analysis with amperometric detection of multiple pulses and diamond electrodes doped with boron (BDD) or glassy carbon working electrode. | |
