Abstract

The use of green manures has had a revival in recent decades due to the advent of no-tillage. For that many plants cover crops have been used, including legumes. These due to biological nitrogen fixation may provide savings in the use of nitrogen. So this project aims to study the behavior of common bean cv. IAC Tuna, the black group, grown on four fit masses of green manure, sunn hemp, pigeon peas, gray velvet bean, and jack bean no-tillage and under four doses of nitrogen fertilizer topdressing (0.50, 100, and 150 kg N / ha). Were available: seed yield and seed quality. (AU)
