Abstract

The application of plant growth regulators, in order to increase crop productivity, has received in recent years, fairly attention from researchers. However, some results have been contradictory. Then, this study will aim to assess the effects of the application of plant growth regulator combined with a resistance inducer on yield components and grain yield of a bean cultivar, during autumn-winter. The trial will be held in the autumn-winter 2013, the Fiazenda de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão of UNESP, Campus of Ilha Solteira, located in Selvíria (MS). The experimental design is a randomized complete block in the scheme banded with four replications. The treatments will constitute a combination of five rates of plant growth regulator (0 L ha-1, 0.5 L ha-1, 1.0 L ha-1, 1.5 L ha-1, and 2.0 L ha-1), which consists of three plant hormones (kinetin, gibberellic acid, and butyric acid), and four levels of the product of resistance inducer (0.50 L ha-1, 1.0 L ha-1, 2.0 L ha-1, and 3.0 L ha-1) which is composed of 10% nitrogen and acetylsalicylic acid. Will evaluate production and quality of seeds obtained using the IAC-Formoso. (AU)
