Abstract

This survey will focus the Permanent Forum on Mental Health in the region of Assis as institutional arrangement of the field of Collective Mental Health, in tune with the Psychosocial Paradigm, a post that has been created to gather workers, managers and users of health services, as well as actors transiting through other social sectors to forge new constructs from the analysis of sedimented social formations, encouraging the construction of new knowledges and practices. From the proposal of intercession-research, we'll discuss the weaknesses and strengths of this device with regard to popular participation to uncloak disparities and strengthen advances to bring our understanding about the concept of subject that underlies the structuring of the Forum. In this way, we will evaluate the appropriateness of the population of new devices and health care management, created by civil society initiatives and those proposed by SUS, in order to contribute to the consolidation and enhancement of Psychosocial Care operators.Keywords: Permanent Forum on Mental Health in the region of Assis, Psychosocial Care, Collective Mental Health, Subject, Intercession-research
