Abstract

Amid the changes in the business environment, attention to quality has been growing and gaining more importance. Today it is a prerequisite for effective management and competitiveness. In this sense, many companies have developed with advice from consulting firms. On the face of it, this project aims to determine the degree of satisfaction and identify strengths and improvement opportunities in consulting services for implementation of ISO 9001 QMS in Brazilian companies that are contained in the database INMETRO. The research will be of type survey with the development of a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale of 5 points.(AU)
