Abstract

The substitute bone integration is due to the integration cell-material. The objective of this study is to investigate in vitro the behavior of human osteoblastic cells and osteogenesis on two types of bone grafts: a xenogenic - Bio-oss ® (Geistlich) and an alloplastic - resorbable tissue replacement (R.T.R., Septodont). The followed aspects will be evaluated: cell adhesion, cell viability, total protein content, alkaline phosphatase activity, mineralized matrix nodular formation and genotoxicity analysis. The data will be evaluated by ANOVA and Tukey's tests, all with a significance level of 5%.
