Abstract

In this design will be studied Grätzel solar cells and the organic-inorganic hybrid cells, since they have several advantages over silicon cells conventionally used. Besides cost, a major problem found is associated with the effect charge recombination. Hybrid cells in the great advantage of this design is the replacement of ITO substrates that have a high cost for paper substrates. Moreover, the growth of these cells oriented nanostructure provide a flow of electrons directed recombination and lower loads. Thus, this study aims at the growth of ZnO nanostructures from pure and doped with Al on the paper substrate, aiming to develop new cells and Grätzel organic-inorganic hybrid cells with enhanced efficiency and reduced cost. To control the morphology of the nanostructures of ZnO and ZnO: Al and arrangements of well-defined growth in paper substrate, are used nucleation layers of ZnO pre-deposited by spin-coating.
