The research intends to analyze alternative construction techniques with renewable materials, for their application in contemporary building systems. The research aims to help reduce the prejudice surrounding the alternative construction techniques, valuing the technological development of materials and sustainable building processes. This research plan aims to conceive the design of components made with Wood and Bamboo associated with components made from composites of bamboo in the development of a project building system. The methodology is divided into: 1) Literature search focusing on the types of building systems, species of lumber and bamboo reforestation that are more appropriate and ways of using bamboo composites for sealing components, 2) Collection of data about materials to be used in building components, 3) Organization and classification of data collected, 4) Development of design of components, interfaces and links of the building system, 5) Organization of partial and final reports. As a result of primary research will be developed graphic parts and visual illustrations produced with the aid of computer programs in 3D to better understanding of the fittings and techniques used in the construction system wooden-bamboo and bamboo composites.
