Abstract

This PhD stage aims to provide further theoretical study on motor learning, motor control and development of reaching in preterm infants; to analyze, treat and interpret data from the PhD project; to write and publish manuscripts; and to follow the development of projects that have been developed at the Research Institute MOVE. It is expected that the stage improves the scholarship's theoretical support to her thesis presentation and her formation as researcher. Also, it is expected that her experience acquired in the stage aggregates new knowledge to the projects that have been developed by her research group in Brazil and reasserts the partnership established between the responsible researcher and the stage supervisor.
