This is a project proposal for research stay at Oxford University, under the supervision of Prof. Leigh Payne, in September 2012. The topic of the project is the debate on concept of Transitional Justice. The goal is to study Transtional Justice concept in order to comprehend how this concept may be used in the Brazilian case.
