Abstract

Brucellosis and tuberculosis are infectious diseases to chronic disease, zoonotic being of great importance in economic terms and in the context of public health. The study will be conducted on 30 dairy farms in Botucatu, with about 15 to 50 animals each that are linked to municipal project called "Dairy School" that will provide milk to local kindergartens and schools. The tests will be recommended by PNCEBT, which are serological brucellosis and tuberculosis imunoalérgico. The animals reagents to both tests are taken from the property, brought to the veterinary hospital FMVZ - UNESP Botucatu campus and performed autopsies. The present work aimed at studying the epidemiological situation of these diseases the properties that supply milk to the city of Botucatu program titled "Dairy School" and determine through microbiological isolation and molecular biology evidence the species of Brucella spp. This positive animals in the serologic tests, enabling the differentiation of field isolates and vaccine strains.
