Abstract

The project of scientific iniciation Cromatófaro - human and global security is concerned to the researches realized from the thematic project FAPESP Ecopolítica. Governamentalidade planetária, novas institucionalizações e resistências na sociedade de controle.The research contemplates the new public security politicians made in the city of Rio de Janeiro , which create new configurations of controlling life, regarding environment and population the planet, with quality of life and social ware.
