Abstract

Let X be a bounded open set satisfying the uniform exteriorcone condition. Let A be a uniformly elliptic operator given in non-divergence form with continuous second order coefficients, we study elliptic and parabolic problems for such operators and prove existence (and uniqueness) of solutions which are continuous up to the boundary of the domain.
