Abstract

This Project aims to comprehend the Open Access issue and the role played by this inthe discussions and proposals for cultural and information policies concerning the freeaccess and circulation of the country's cultural heritage whatever is scientific,technological or cultural and based on the technological tools development frominformation and communication technologies.
