Abstract

The research "PNUD and PNUMA under the Ecopolitics: institutionalizations and monitorings" is part of the thematic project "Ecopolitics: global governmentality, new institutionalization and resistance in the society of control." Seeks to analyze the functioning of the origins of the United Nations Program for Development and the concepts it develops, as HDI - sustainability, human rights, equity, democracy and vulnerability in order to understand how the Program intervenes in problems and resistances through a policy of democratization and humanitarianism in Brazil, based on the notion of governmentality formulated by Michel Foucault. It will be also studied the United Nations Program for the Environment in order to understand its operation in the midst of conservation policies on the planet linked to new regulations and jurisdictions of the environment and human beings, in favor of so-called development sustainable.
