Abstract

The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is one of the best methods protein fractions present in blood and in urine, either in humans or animals. Thirty female dogs affected by breast cancer will be evaluated in this experiment by electrophoretic analysis of blood and urine, to investigate possible tubuloglomerular damage occurring in dogs suffering from mammary tumors, enabling a better understanding of renal disorders in this group of patients.(AU)
