Abstract

This study aims to analyze the themes, the research problems, the research methodologies, theoretical and methodological background used in scientific research regarding health information produced at the University of São Paulo (USP). It's a qualitative study based on documentary analysis of theses and dissertations that have on their title or abstract or keywords, the terms "information" and "health" or "information" and "health" and were produced in context of post-graduate programs of the USP. To select the theses and dissertations it was accessed the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations of USP. It is hoped that this study can contribute to a better understanding of the production context and the characteristics of research on health information developed at the USP. (AU)
