Abstract

This project aims to analyze the profile of a new category of professionals from information technology (IT), who features a creative work, the flexibility of developed activities and labour relations in which they are involved. Fetch will analyze who this employee is, the kind of training, the qualifications required for the activity, labour relations, the space where he develops his activities, his career prospects, and the perception of autonomy that this activity assumes. The research will be carried out next to a large "IT" company in the City of Araraquara, SP, and trying to retrieve the characteristics of the developed activities and the worker's perception about the present reality in his occupation.
