Abstract

This proposed research has as its object of investigation how the institutions and state agents, especially those related to prevention, to the control and judicial administration of the crime, are being affected by what we call "new organization of the world of crime". We understand this as the strengthening of a new morality, new forms of conflict settlement and relationship with state agents by the criminal agents. One wonders how state agents see themselves affected by this newness, especially with the emergence of the Primiero Comando da Capital, the PCC; what impact of this on their work on ways to exercise the prevention, the control and management of crime; what are representations who they elaborate about the changes in the contexts in which they operate, as they realize the context in which they develop their professional activities. Achieving this will conducted a comprehensive lifting of the existing literature, as are interviews with actors in the criminal justice system, research legislation and official documents. (AU)
