Abstract

We will investigate the structural, mechanical and transport properties of a family of single layer nanostructures composed of carbon and nitrogen atoms. More specically we will simulations by reactive molecular dynamics and quantum methods to investigate tribology, mechanical failure mechanisms and quantum transport of these structures.
