Abstract

This project aims the modeling of smart structures and its experimental validation. In the future, this electromechanical model will be used for the global assessment of an autonomous system with respect to the energy necessary for its operation. This model considers, simultaneously, the mechanical (structural) and the electric (electronic circuits) parts. It is an initial project and this phase will be considered only the modeling of the electromechanical structure. It will be considered elements of beams and plates for the cases unimoph and bimorph.
