Abstract

The voice itself carries traces, life scars, as the body registers all the way it has passed by. Questioning the acting profession, a major challenge is to achieve harmony of these two instruments, make the body follow the voice and vice versa. It is clear that when the actor enters the stage the two instruments talk to each other, follow the same path and have the same clear goal. And that's assuming the voice and body are part of a series that relates the time of the actor in interpreting the present research project aims to examine how the trajectory used by different actors to get on scene, joining the work body and voice so that a complete action on the other. All this analysis will be based on the theories studied by the legacy of François Delsarte (1811 - 1871) and vocal work related to the integration of the human being.
