Abstract

This work has as main objective to survey the Law of Public-Private Partnership in Brazil, 11.079, considered a regulatory framework that changed the action / role of the national state, as well as understand the discussions that culminated in this 2004 Law and Law 2010, No. 12349 which caused changes in the legal framework court. It will also be a mapping program implemented by the federal government in 2007, the PAC - Growth Acceleration Program, which finds support in the statutory law of PPP contracts for execution of infrastructure projects nationwide. The program aims to regain state investments, with the idea of increasing the supply of jobs and income generation with pathways to economic growth. The analysis goes from the macro sense and national implementation of this new government proposal, the PPP and the PAC for a case study in the municipal city of Araraquara. This project is supported by the new economic sociology, particularly in the French strand developed by Pierre Bourdieu. Thus, this research aims to reflect the interactions between these two spheres, as well as identify the main actors involved in this new national context of interaction between market and state.
