Abstract

The arguments presented by the literature on individual amendments analyzed so far, whether or not these amendments would be used by the Executive to purchase support from the parliamentary vote. This project aims to introduce a new perspective in the literature about the individual amendments as a way of contributing to the functioning of coalition presidentialism. Through the empirical analysis is intended to analyze which government ministries parliamentarians intended as amended and such follow or not a party logic. (AU)
